1. Project Kick-Off
MASTERS help you to plan your project and lay the foundation for functional and successful implementation. We make and share the strategic decisions that are crucial for your project to be successful:
- Define your system goals and objectives.
- Clarifies the scope of the project.
- Defines your project schedule, your budget plan and how we reach the goal most effectively.
- Establish the project organisation along-with representative of your organisation.
2. Project Preliminary Design
MASTERS prepare the Single Line Diagrams and supporting Calculations (if agreed) to ensure that the design will meet your specific needs.
3. Project Detailed Execution
With your agreement on the preliminary design, in this phase MASTERS prepares all the supporting detailed engineering work:
- Detailed 2D / 3D drawings including Equipment Diagrams.
- Special Equipment Designs.
- Equipment / Component Lists (BOM).
- Complete layout including component selection with detailed diagrams.
- Detailed calculations to ensure that the system conforms to acceptable standards.
4. Supply of Spare parts and Installation
MASTERS deliver the actual equipment details that make up your system and, if desired, we deliver equipment / components and / or oversee the installation (on-site execution).
We also provide / manufacture any (tailor-made) specialised equipment / component that is required to meet your needs and (if agreed) may assure Factory Acceptance Tests at our source premises to certify that the equipment meets the highest standards.
5. Project Final Preparation
MASTERS prepare and delivers continuous documentation, and (if agreed) performs necessary testing and commissioning / production. For us it is important to provide all the necessary technical support to protect your investment.
We look after equipment/component supply to our customers and commissioning are carried out either by the product manufacturer itself or its subsidiaries/branches, or through wholesalers and undertakings in the HVAC sector.
6. Pre-sale & Logistic Support
MASTERS can supply components and equipment (including manuals / operating and maintenance instructions) and (if agreed) testing and commissioning. Testing and commissioning can be a general approach or more accurate approval test depending on your requirements.
